Marketing Executive

CTF Education Group is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support a wide range of school marketing initiatives. This hands-on role covers the coordination of signature school events, admissions activities and parent communications, as well as the execution of email campaigns, marketing collateral and digital marketing initiatives, helping to enhance the family experience and support enrolment growth.

• **School Events & Admissions Support:**Play a hands-on role in delivering school events, campus open days, admissions initiatives and marketing campaigns. Through effective logistics planning and vendor coordination, helping to create positive experiences for prospective and current families.
• **Parent Communications & Digital Marketing:**Support parent engagement through email marketing campaigns, digital communications and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• **Collaborative School Environment:**Work collaboratively within a dynamic marketing team and with colleagues across campuses and departments to deliver marketing and admissions initiatives that promote our schools and support enrolment growth.

Responsibilities

• **Event Logistics & Campus Support:**Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of school events, admissions seminars, open days, and promotional activities. Manage on-site logistics, event materials, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless experience for families.
• **Sourcing & Procurement:**Manage the sourcing and procurement of marketing collateral, branded merchandise, and event materials. Liaise with vendors, oversee order fulfilment, and process invoices and related billing documentation.
• **EDM & Database Management:**Execute email marketing campaigns, manage database segmentation and mailing lists to ensure timely and effective communication with parents and prospective families.
• **Digital & Performance Marketing:**Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with social media ads, SEM, SEO, and an understanding of performance marketing principles, would be a distinct advantage.
• **Integrated Marketing Support:**Collaborate with the marketing team, campus staff, and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and support a broad range o marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects across the Group as required.

Requirements

• **Experience:**A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing execution, event coordination, and digital marketing.
• **Education:**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• **Digital Aptitude:**Hands-on experience with EDM platforms, social media management, and website content updates. Practical knowledge of, or exposure to, SEM and SEO would be highly advantageous.
• **Bilingual Communication:**Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with school teams, vendors, and parents.
• **Organised & Detail-Oriented:**Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• **Proactive Mindset:**A resourceful self-starter with a hands-on approach, able to anticipate project needs, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
