Marketing Executive

1. Execute marketing campaigns through digital platforms, roadshows, events, social media, and other relevant channels.
2. Support the planning and execution of marketing activities to increase project visibility and generate leads.
3. Coordinate marketing materials, promotional activities, and campaign-related documentation.
4. Maintain and update customer databases, marketing records, and reports accurately.
5. Assist in preparing and submitting APDL applications and related documentation.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies and business planning.
7. Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation as required.
8. Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and external parties on marketing-related matters.
9. Provide basic administrative and coordination support to the sales team when required.
10. Perform other marketing, administrative, and sales support duties as assigned by Management.

Other Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Property, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the property industry.
• Experience in property marketing, APDL applications, or marketing administration will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and database management.
• Good administrative, documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
