Marketing Executive

Position Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the Company’s marketing activities across multiple brands and outlets.

The role covers campaign execution, social media content, promotional materials, product launches, customer engagement initiatives and outlet marketing support.

The ideal candidate should be creative, organised and execution-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and translate business objectives into effective marketing activities.

A. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns based on the Company’s business priorities.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, mechanics, promotional materials and outlet execution.
• Support any marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all campaign materials are completed and distributed according to the approved timeline.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

B. Social Media & Content

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars for assigned brands.
• Prepare or coordinate all social media platform
• Ensure content is aligned with each brand’s positioning and visual identity.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers or external vendors when required.
• Ensure all content is delivered and published on time.

C. Marketing Materials

• Develop and coordinate marketing materials including:
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate before printing or distribution.
• Coordinate amendments, printing and outlet distribution where required.

D. Product Launch Support

• Support the launch of new products and menu items.
• Prepare product launch concepts, communication materials and promotional plans.
• Coordinate with Operations and outlet teams to ensure proper launch execution.
• Monitor customer response and campaign performance after launch.

E. Outlet Marketing Support

• Work closely with outlet PICs to ensure campaign materials and promotions are properly implemented.
• Conduct outlet visits when required.
• Identify marketing execution gaps and follow up with relevant teams.
• Support outlet-specific campaigns, events and promotional activities.

F. Customer & Membership Marketing

• Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing new member acquisition, customer engagement, repeat visits, and member reactivation.
• Work with the CRM / System team on customer segmentation, WhatsApp campaigns and member communication.
• Prepare creative materials and messaging for CRM and customer engagement campaigns.

G. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare monthly campaign performance reports.
• Track relevant marketing KPIs.
• Provide observations and recommendations for future campaign improvement.

🎯 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and good execution skills may be considered.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-outlet businesses will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Basic design capability using Canva, Adobe tools or similar platforms.
• Basic photography and video editing skills will be an advantage.
• Able to prepare marketing copy and promotional content.
• Good command of English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
