Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Xiaohongshu (小红书)
• Create engaging content including social media posts, videos and promotional materials
• Assist in managing online advertising campaigns
• Monitor social media engagement and customer enquiries
• Conduct basic market research and keep up with current marketing trends
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer engagement
• Assist in exhibitions, events and promotional activities
• Prepare basic marketing reports and monitor campaign performance
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing is an advantage
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or Xiaohongshu is an advantage
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is an added advantage
