Marketing Executive

• Promote hospital services and facilities in the assigned area.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, and corporate offices.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and referral sources.
• Generate patient referrals and increase hospital footfall.
• Conduct regular field visits and meet monthly marketing targets.
• Visit nearby residential areas, societies, companies, and institutions for awareness activities.
• Distribute hospital promotional material and explain available healthcare services.
• Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Collect market information and provide feedback to the Marketing Manager.
• Follow up with doctors, patients, corporate clients, and referral partners.
• Maintain daily field-visit and follow-up reports.
• Identify new business and referral opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the hospital's OPD, IPD, and other departments for marketing activities.
• Participate in outdoor campaigns and hospital promotional events.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for patient generation and business development.
• Maintain professional behaviour and represent the hospital positively.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory for field marketing activities.
• Must have a personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Submit daily activity/visit reports to the reporting manager.
• Perform other marketing and business-development duties assigned by management.

Required Skills: Communication skills, convincing ability, field-sales experience, relationship management, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Mandatory Requirement: Own Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving Licence.
