About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team at our Puchong, Selangor office. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services to our target market. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our company's marketing initiatives whilst developing your professional expertise in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website copy
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and community engagement
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for market positioning
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Maintain and update the company's marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Assist in brand development and ensure consistent brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical marketing experience
• Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related roles within a professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools; familiarity with analytics and reporting tools is advantageous
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, market segmentation, and customer engagement strategies
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Knowledge of the industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sector is beneficial but not essential
