Marketing Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Marketing & Event Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of events, roadshows, and brand activations. This is a junior role focused on on-ground execution, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving to ensure smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events, roadshows, and brand activations

• Assist in event setup, on-site execution, and teardown

• Monitor event progress and handle on-site problem solving

• Prepare simple proposals and presentation materials for internal meetings

• Prepare event reporting, including photos, observations, and post-event summaries

• Monitor and assist with event stock preparation, usage, and stock count

• Develop simple promotional materials (e.g. POP cards, tent cards, basic posters) using design tools

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, promoters, and event crew

• Travel to event locations for site checks, setup supervision, and execution support

• Ensure event materials, equipment, and branding are properly managed

Requirements

• Junior-level role; 1–2 years’ experience in events, marketing, or related field preferred

• Background or exposure in event execution or coordination

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar)

• Able to develop simple promotional communication materials for events

• Strong problem-solving mindset and able to handle on-site challenges

• Able to prepare simple proposals and reports

• Willing to travel and possess own transport

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on weekends or public holidays when required

• Good communication and coordination skills

Added Advantage

• Experience in roadshows, exhibitions, or retail activations

• Familiarity with stock handling or inventory tracking for events
