Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a broad marketing role covering social media, email marketing, graphic design, website content, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content as well as executing campaigns from start to finish.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role will support marketing and client communications across English- and Chinese-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content, including social posts, promotional materials, banners, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Graphic Design: Create and edit marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Email Marketing: Prepare, segment, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, client communications, newsletters, and retention initiatives.
• Website Management: Assist with updating website content, promotions, banners, landing pages, and other marketing materials, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Marketing Promotions: Coordinate and execute marketing promotions and campaigns from planning through to launch, including preparing campaign materials, communicating with internal teams, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Bilingual Marketing: Create, translate, localise, and proofread marketing content in both English and Mandarin Chinese, ensuring messaging is appropriate for each target audience.
• Campaign Reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics and campaign performance and provide regular updates and recommendations.
• Team Support: Work closely with Sales, Account Management and other internal teams to support client acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, suppliers, and marketing partners where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a similar role.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
• Good graphic design skills and experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Comfortable updating website content using a CMS or similar platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of branding and visual presentation.
• Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Highly Regarded

Experience in financial services, fintech, forex/CFD trading, or brokerage marketing would be highly regarded, as would experience marketing to both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking audiences.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hands-on and execution-focused. You should be comfortable moving between designing a social media post, preparing an email campaign, updating a website promotion, and coordinating the launch of a marketing campaign.

The successful candidate will be creative, commercially minded, detail-oriented, and capable of turning marketing ideas into well-executed campaigns.
