Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products. This role is responsible for analyzing market information, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring marketing performance, and supporting product development initiatives to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned products in line with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, market share, competitor activities, and other relevant marketing data to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns and advertising activities.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market visits to assess market conditions and strengthen relationships with customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing partners, suppliers, and related departments to support product improvement and new product development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role.
• Strong analytical thinking and planning skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Able to travel upcountry when required.
