Marketing Executive

• Plan and execute student and admissions events such as orientation, networking nights, commencement activities, information sessions and workshops.
• Plan and coordinate event and delegate visit logistics, including registration, venues, catering, materials and onsite support.
• Update programme, event and news content on the Department website using WordPress.
• Improve search visibility using AI-powered SEO tools, and track performance with Google Analytics 4.
• Use generative AI tools to independently design, create and produce online and print marketing material.
• Use novel AI tools to produce AI generated videos for education and marketing purposes.
• Support admissions marketing and outreach through social media posts, email communications and simple marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with students, faculty, colleagues and vendors to support smooth delivery of activities.
• Provide basic administrative support, including records, quotations, invoices and event follow up.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management or a related discipline with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of WordPress for website content updates and basic page formatting.
• Good written communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and social media tools. Open to using new AI tools to develop marketing content and collaterals.
