Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Marketing Executive, you will join the Marketing Team under the guidance of senior marketing executives and managers, working together on marketing projects and initiatives. You will have an opportunity to be involved in Marketing Production, Event Planning and Management, and all types and categories of Marketing Activities from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, vendor management, booth setup, manpower scheduling, and on-site branding
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event touchpoints
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with analysis and recommendations
• Build and maintain good relationships with external partners, organizers, and vendors
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase showroom traffic and enhance customer experience
• Work with the sales team to support showroom campaigns, displays, and seasonal promotions
• Manage showroom branding, signage, and marketing collateral to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines
• Prepare timely reports on event performance and campaign ROI
• Maintain event calendars and track execution timelines

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Mass Communication or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years' experience in related field (Fresh Graduates can be considered)
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu, English
• Knowledge of Canva/adobe design tools
• Able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and detail-oriented
• Able to work on weekends or public holiday
• Knowledge in content writing an advantage
