Marketing Executive

• Plan, coordinate, and execute external roadshows, promotional events, and brand activation activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Coordinate and implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution across outlets.

• Work closely with outlets to support product launches, promotional setups, and customer engagement initiatives within stores.

• Ability to handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints tactfully, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Develop and support CRM programs and community outreach initiatives aligned with company values.

• Liaise with internal teams, outlets, external vendors, event organizers, and community partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of roadshows, in-store campaigns, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Willingness to travel and support roadshows, events, and in-store activations when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, event management, retail marketing, or related roles.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
