Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing team in coordinating marketing materials, POSM, printing and supplier arrangements.
• Assist with quotations, purchase orders, production follow-up and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain records and assist in tracking marketing materials and inventory.
• Support the team in organising events, exhibitions, product activities and pharmacy-related activities, including occasional outstation or weekend activities.
• Assist in carrying out trade marketing activities with pharmacies and other sales channels.
• Assist with company social media activities, including content posting and scheduling.
• Assist in creating simple digital content such as social media posts, educational materials, images and short videos.
• Support Meta Ads and other digital marketing activities, including basic monitoring and reporting.
• Use Canva, CapCut and AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to support daily marketing activities.
• Assist with general marketing administration and operational tasks.
• Assist in coordinating with Sales, suppliers, pharmacies and other parties to support marketing activities.
• Perform other reasonable marketing-related duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Basic skills in Canva, Microsoft Office and simple video editing using tools such as CapCut.
• Interest in learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and other AI-assisted marketing tools.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Responsible, organised and able to follow up on assigned tasks.
• Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers, colleagues, pharmacies and other external parties.
• Willing to attend occasional events, outstation activities and weekend activities when required.
• Candidates based in Subang Jaya or nearby areas are preferred.
