Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Operations & Campaigns: Manage daily operations, product listings, pricing, and campaign execution across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Affiliate & Creator Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with micro/nano KOLs, affiliates, and content creators to boost brand awareness and affiliate sales.
• Content & Asset Creation: Adapt promotional banners, basic creative assets, and social media content for daily campaigns, storefront updates, and product launches.
• Marketing Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with line manager to align brand strategies with sales targets.
• Offline Expansion Support: Assist in marketing assets and operational readiness for our upcoming retail/offline store presence.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track store traffic, campaign ROI, sales performance, and creator engagement to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in combined online and offline Marketing (experience in FMCG, health, or beauty sectors is a plus).
• Proven track record in managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify seller portals.
• Practical skills in content creation, graphic design, or basic banner design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools).
• Experience with influencer/KOL outreach and affiliate program management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and adaptiveness in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
