Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:

·        Working as part of the marketing team to build and deliver a comprehensive B2B marketing programme for a global marketing services business.

·        Preparing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, both local and global.

·        Supporting the company’s ‘Exchange’ programme.

·        Supporting the company’s internal and external communications.

Day to Day Activities:

·        Working with client account teams to identify best practice examples and new innovation from across the business.

·        Managing the Exchange best practice content library.

·        Writing content for PR, website and social media.

·        Creating and executing marketing campaigns and social media content.

·        Compiling internal communications and newsletters.

·        Creating presentations and other marketing materials for internal and external use.

·        Project managing various marketing initiatives such as e-marketing campaigns, awards entries etc.

Experience Required:

·        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or PR role, preferably B2B international markets.

·        Experience in creating engaging marketing content for PR, client engagement campaigns, digital channels and sales support activity.

·        Must be extremely well organised, able to handle multiple projects/actions, work well under pressure and used to tight deadlines.

·        Experience working with CRM and e-marketing tools such as HubSpot is preferred.

·        Experience working in a marketing agency environment is preferred.

Skills required:

·        Ability to work independently in the creation of high-quality marketing content targeting B2B clients.

·        Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage content libraries to a high proficiency.

·        Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in engaging and developing positive, multi-level relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

·        Strong language skills, fluent English is essential.

·        High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook is required. Especially in the creation of PowerPoint sales documents.

·        Strong team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.

Qualifications:

·        Marketing / Business BA Hons degree or equivalent.
