Marketing Executive

1. Job Objective

To support the Sales & Marketing team in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, supporting government/EPC tenders, maintaining client communication and assisting in developing new business opportunities in the B2G and EPC sector.

2. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify potential business opportunities in Government, PSU and EPC sectors.

Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, tenders and business opportunities.

Support the team in lead generation and maintaining the sales pipeline.

Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, capability statements and sales proposals.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial information required for proposals.

B2G / Government Business

Monitor government and PSU tender portals for relevant opportunities.

Assist in understanding tender requirements, eligibility criteria and submission timelines.

Maintain a database of government departments, PSUs, consultants and potential clients.

Support the team in pre-bid meetings, client communications and tender-related coordination.

Assist in preparing tender-related documents and maintaining proper records.

EPC Business Development

Research upcoming EPC, infrastructure, electrical, ICT, renewable energy and other relevant projects.

Identify potential clients, consultants, contractors and business partners.

Assist in developing new business leads through calls, emails, meetings and networking.

Coordinate with the Tender, Technical, Procurement and Project teams whenever required.

Marketing

Assist in preparing marketing presentations, brochures and company credentials.

Support digital marketing and LinkedIn/business communication activities.

Maintain records of client interactions, leads and follow-ups.

Assist in organizing client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and business events.

3. Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Good email drafting and documentation skills.

Willingness to learn about EPC, tenders and government business.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Analytical and research-oriented approach.

Ability to work with multiple departments.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions and business development activities when required.

4. Educational Qualification

Preferred:

MBA – Marketing / Sales / Business Development

Freshers with a strong interest in Sales, Marketing, EPC and Government Business can apply.

5. Key Performance Indicators – Fresher

Number of qualified leads generated.

Number of new clients/contacts added to database.

Tender opportunities identified.

Timely follow-up with prospects.

Accuracy and timely completion of sales/tender documentation.

Client meetings/communication supported.

Sales pipeline development.

Quality of market research and competitor analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
