About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to focus on Developers & New development/projects digital platform Department. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to drive developers & projects to engage and on boarding our online new development portal namely inewproject.com.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate & e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities to drive online project sales, traffic and developer engagement.

· Manage social media platforms and coordinate promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic to online channels.

· Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and internal teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

· Support the planning and execution of digital advertising and online promotional campaigns across relevant platforms.

· Prepare regular marketing activities and campaign performance reports for management review.

· Ensure marketing activities are carried out according to the approved campaign plans and timelines..

· Stay updated on digital marketing, social media and E-Commerce trends to recommend relevant marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's Degree in Real estate/Property, Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.

· Min 3 years of experience in marketing, business development or a related role.

· Experience in real estate field will be an added advantage.

· Good understanding of project marketing, new development & developer

· Experience with E-Commerce platforms, online advertising or marketplace platforms will be an advantage.
