Marketing Executive

About the role

You'll be involved in social media and digital marketing, creative content development, KOL/KOC collaboration, and campaign execution for ED Fest's warehouse sale campaigns and promotional events. You'll plan and execute campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and XHS, design marketing materials using Canva/Adobe/AI tools, source and coordinate influencer partnerships, and support warehouse sale campaigns and on-ground events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and XHS
• Create content ideas and manage social media posting and campaign calendars
• Track campaign performance and improve results
• Design marketing artwork using Canva, Adobe or AI tools
• Create compelling promotional visuals, videos and marketing materials
• Source and coordinate KOL/KOC campaigns
• Work with influencers, content creators and marketing partners
• Negotiate collaborations and follow up on deliverables
• Plan and execute warehouse sale campaigns
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners and internal teams

About you

• Hands-on and willing to take action
• Understands TikTok, Instagram and XHS trends
• Can design basic artwork using Canva or AI
• Good at communication and coordination
• Able to work independently
• Fast-moving and willing to learn
• Passionate about marketing, retail, events or e-commerce
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, events or warehouse sales is a plus
