Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. You will support marketing campaigns, manage social media, and create engaging visuals for both digital and offline platforms, helping to strengthen the company’s brand.

Key Responsibility

Creative & Design

• Assist in designing marketing materials, including posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.

• Support the creation of visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications.

• Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials and platforms.

• Adapt existing designs for various formats and channels.

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.

• Assist in preparing visuals for product launches, advertisements, and online content.

• Maintain and organize the company’s design assets and media library.

• Support in tracking and analyzing design performance on digital platforms (optional).

Coordination & Development

• Work with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.) as needed.

• Learn from feedback provided by senior team members to continuously improve design quality.

• Manage multiple design tasks while ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

• Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently on assigned projects and under supervision.
