Marketing Executive

What You Will Achieve

• Assist in the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Support executions of go to market plans including product campaigns, forecasting and inventory control, visual merchandising, sampling programs and CRM programs in partnership with commercial and corporate team.  Keep track of the responses of these activities in both quantitative and qualitative.
• Assist in execution of the brand communications program and activities, including KOL and VIP events and content development, including CRM communications and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with commercial, supply chain and IT team on promotion execution to prepare the shop communications, stock allocation and system input.
• Track and evaluate the performance of marketing programs in order to generate learning for future programs.

What You Will Need

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2-3 years retail marketing experience from MNC, preferably in Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ FMCG
• Excellent analytical, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, fast-pacing, attention to details and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with ability to perform multi-tasks
• Proficient in English & Chinese
