Marketing Executive

1. Marketing Plan & Budget

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan for the assigned brand(s).

• Plan and coordinate monthly marketing campaigns, promotions and activities in accordance with the established marketing policies and brand/franchise requirements.

• Assist in preparing and presenting the marketing budget for the assigned brand(s), ensuring alignment with brand standards and overall financial budgets.

• Work closely with the reporting manager and restaurant leadership team to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.

1. Marketing Business Partner & Corporate Communications

• Develop and coordinate promotional materials and marketing collaterals for campaigns and brand activities.
• Manage and execute marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings, posters and other promotional materials, ensuring they meet approved specifications and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and relevant business partners for marketing-related activities.
• Monitor public relations activities and ensure the required procedures and brand/franchise standards are followed.
• Support corporate communication activities to ensure consistent brand messaging.

1. Media, Networking & Digital Marketing

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with media representatives, business partners, agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
• Execute marketing strategies to increase product and service awareness, customer engagement and brand goodwill.
• Manage and maintain the brand's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate and monitor social media content, campaigns, promotions and brand communications.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, media exposure and other marketing partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

1. Franchise Support

• Manage and support all marketing materials with Franchisees as provided by the Franchise agreement.
• Provide and execute marketing support to Franchisees via the Franchise Department.
• Assist franchisees with marketing-related enquiries and requirements where necessary.

1. General Marketing Support

• Conduct market research and monitor F&B industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour.
• Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, events and other brand activation activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Franchise, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare marketing reports and updates for Management.
• Perform any other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail or consumer-related industry.
• Exposure to F&B or retail business, coupled with advertising client servicing experience, will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with the development and execution of end-to-end marketing plans and campaign rollouts.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Willing to travel to outlets and attend events or marketing activities when required.
