Marketing Executive

About the Role

J2K Designs & Construction is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our construction, interior, and real estate services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Meet architects, builders, contractors, real estate developers, and potential clients.
• Promote the company's construction and interior design services.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer requirements.
• Prepare presentations, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.

Eligibility

• 0-5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Interior Design, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
