Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
• Address client queries effectively and promptly.
• Set digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements.
• Suggest, design, and implement digital advertising strategies to increase customer ROI.
• Optimize clients' advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu ads and etc.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve clients' organic search visibility.
• Perform basic technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search rankings, indexing, and overall SEO performance.
• Analyse digital campaigns' success and advise what the best next steps are.
• Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business.
• Perform other assignments or tasks as required from time to time to ensure effective and efficient operation.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing best practices and SEO.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
