Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Community Executive – Indonesia to lead our marketing, social media, content, and community initiatives in the Indonesian market.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Indonesia.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement.
• Create and coordinate market-relevant content and creative campaigns.
• Grow and manage online communities across social media and digital platforms.
• Build relationships with customers, KOLs, ambassadors, partners, and relevant crypto/blockchain communities.
• Organise and support webinars, livestreams, events, meetups, and community initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment in Indonesia.
• Track marketing, social media, and community KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and business growth.
• Ensure all communications are aligned with the Company's brand and communication guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, content, community management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, social media platforms, and digital trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, technology, or digital assets is an advantage.
• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, communities, partnerships, or events is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, creative, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
