Marketing Executive (Aesthetic Medical)

• Aesthetic Medical Beauty Industry
• Good experience in Brand Management
• Manage & execute digital strategy & content management
• Experience in ads management and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Assist manager to plan, execute, and manage monthly marketing programs and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate in-store traffic.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. On-going consumer data analysis, to prepare report, be able to translate them into business opportunities for upcoming campaigns and CRM loyalty programs
• Take the lead to develop, manage and enhance digital platforms, including website, social media, media advertising, KOL/influencer and other channels to drive multi-touch point consumer engagement
• Develop collaterals. Create sales-focused materials and POPs displays and promotional items. Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Having experience in China marketing and aesthetic medical is a plus
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Creative Media or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year solid experiences in brand marketing experience in the field skincare/healthcare/beauty industry are highly preferable
• Knowledgeable & having experience in advertising on social media channel (Google / Facebook / Instagram/ XHS / WeChat/ YouTube)
• Familiar with MS Office applications (especially Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Excellent business acumen, analytical mindset and a strategic planner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, multi task and meet tight deadlines
