Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences
• Maintain good working relationship and coordination with Operations team, Purchasing and Research and Development team to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long term sales and profit growth objectives
• Conduct value analysis and ensure favorable cost of goods ratio through cost implementation projects
• Continue competitor and pricing analysis and position products at accessible prices to consumers
• Develop marketing strategy, marketing calendar for new products and technologies
• Coordinate with head quarter and other subsidiary's marketing teams and share insights with sales about global developments and suggest products which can be replicated globally
• Collate data and prepare presentations on new global, regional and national trends and categories to share with customers
• Analyse customer demographics, research competitors and market trends
• Develop strong relationships globally and report on impacts through delivery of regular reports and communication

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, or equivalent in Marketing or Food Tech/Science.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Food Ingredients/F&B/FMCG is required for this position
• Passion and sensitive to latest local and global food & beverages trends
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written of Malay, English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
