Marketing Executive

Role: Executive/Sr.Executive Business Development

Objective Strategy set in order to achieve the overall organizational objectives Key Responsibilities

• Identifying prospective clients across diverse industry verticals and networking with them for converting them into regular clients.
• Overseeing sales operations for achieving increased growth and initiating market development efforts.
• Conceptualizing & implementing sales activities as a part of market development and brand building effort.
• Mapping clients requirements and providing industrial solutions comprising evaluation, definition, and scope of project and finalization of project requirements.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction matrices through on-time delivery of products & monitoring customer complaints/issues.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales and operations.
• Creating and sustaining an environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance.

Qualification & Experience MBA(Marketing) with Minimum 2-5 Years experienceS.
