Marketing Executive – Beauty, Aesthetics & Wellness

Kelly Oriental is a growing aesthetics, skincare and wellness group with multiple outlets in Singapore. We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Marketing Executive who genuinely enjoys beauty, skincare, social media and the latest industry trends.

This role is ideal for someone with around 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty, skincare, aesthetics, spa, wellness, medical aesthetics or retail, who wants broader exposure and strong career progression in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital channels.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Support digital advertising, promotions and lead-generation activities.
• Assist with livestreams, content shoots, events, launches and in-store campaigns.
• Work closely with outlet teams to understand customers, treatments, products and current beauty trends.
• Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, agencies, suppliers and business partners.
• Attend beauty exhibitions, aesthetic conferences, product launches, supplier showcases and industry events, locally and overseas where required.
• Explore new skincare technologies, beauty devices, treatments and market trends and identify ideas that may support the brand.
• Support content creation and brand representation during exhibitions, launches and industry visits.
• Track campaign performance and continuously improve marketing results.
• Support new projects, promotions and business expansion initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 2 years or more of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, spa, wellness, medical aesthetics or retail is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, social media and visual content.
• Good eye for branding, aesthetics and content presentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Willing to support occasional evening or weekend campaigns, livestreams, events or launches.
• Open to travelling for selected exhibitions, product launches, supplier visits and industry events.
• Hands-on, adaptable, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with internal and external stakeholders who primarily use Mandarin as their first language.
