Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage paid digital campaigns and monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS.
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and publishers.
• Track affiliate performance, lead quality, conversions, and payouts.
• Identify new digital acquisition channels and opportunities for growth.
• Analyze campaign data and optimize creatives, audiences, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
• Manage campaign tracking, attribution, and CRM-based lead tracking.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, affiliate management, and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and campaign tracking.
• Candidates with experience in FinTech, NBFC, lending, or financial services will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and partner-management skills.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on lead quality and customer acquisition.
