Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management: Analysis tender requirements (in English), attend briefing sessions and site visits, draft comprehensive management plans and proposals, prepare presentation slides, track bidding results, and maintain records.
2. Quotations & Enquiries: Prepare commercial quotations and handle ad-hoc client enquiries efficiently.
3. Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact to maintain strong client relationships and communication.
4. Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless contract management and execution.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure, highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge in security services or property management is a distinct advantage.
5. Fresh Graduates: Open to enthusiastic fresh graduates; comprehensive structured training will be provided.
