Marketing Executive

Brief Oversee branding and marketing for Villa Song Saigon’s hospitality business, enhancing brand positioning, driving creative campaigns, and building a sustainable marketing system.

Responsibilities

• Refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen Villa Song Saigon’s market presence.
• Develop and execute a 3-month marketing plan covering accommodation, dining, and lifestyle segments.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
• Oversee content production (photoshoots, videos, digital assets) ensuring consistency with brand image.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide creative direction for brand and marketing activities.
• Support recruitment, training, and handover of marketing tools, guidelines, and workflows.
• Provide ongoing strategic consultation to ensure sustainable brand and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marketing field.
• Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry are preferred.
• Hands-on experience in marketing is a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of both online and offline Sales and Marketing.
