Marketing & Communications Specialist
Help shape the future of a growing infrastructure business.
This is not your typical marketing role.
We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead one of the most exciting brand transformations in the infrastructure sector.
Following a recent business restructure, we're preparing to launch a new identity into the market. This role will be instrumental in developing our brand, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless rollout both internally and externally.
If you enjoy building brands, creating meaningful communications and being part of major business change, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll develop and execute the communications strategy that supports the launch of our new brand.
You'll own the messaging, coordinate the rollout and ensure every employee, client and stakeholder understands who we are, what we stand for and where we're heading.
This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark and help shape the future direction of an established business entering its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the marketing and communications strategy.
- Lead the rollout of the company's new brand identity.
- Manage all internal and external communications throughout the transition.
- Coordinate launch campaigns across digital, print and social media.
- Produce engaging content for clients, employees and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with senior leadership on key business announcements and strategic messaging.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate events, industry engagement and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
You'll be a confident marketing professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring people along on a journey.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in marketing and corporate communications.
- Experience delivering brand launches or business transformation projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across all levels of a business.
- Digital marketing and social media experience.
- Graphic design or content creation experience (highly regarded).
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Why Join Us?
- Play a leading role in launching a brand into the Australian market.
- Work directly with senior executives and influence business strategy.
- Genuine opportunity to leave your mark on a growing organisation.
- Diverse role spanning branding, communications, digital marketing and corporate engagement.
- Join a business with ambitious growth plans and a collaborative culture.
- Competitive salary and long-term career opportunities.
If you're looking for a role where your ideas will be heard and your work will have a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
