What they need
We are looking for a hands-on and execution-driven Marketing Executive to drive customer growth through effective marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, supporting outlet marketing activities, organising events, and analysing campaign performance to maximise customer conversion and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Support outlet marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Organise roadshows, Open Days, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Monitor marketing performance, including leads, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
