Marketing Executive

The Marketing Officer role requires a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, in-store displays, packaging, signage, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and retail operations teams to create cohesive visual communications.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Create digital content such as website banners, email marketing templates, social media graphics, and ads.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events with creative visual concepts.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers or production teams as needed.
• Keep up to date with trends in design, retail, and digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Skill Requirements

• Familiarity with retail marketing and customer engagement trends.
• Experience with photography or product styling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital platforms.
• Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.
• Ability to take direction, receive feedback constructively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
