Marketing executive

About the role

This role involves market analysis, customer information gathering, and advertising distribution. You will search for and prospect new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve company sales targets. The position includes canvassing and expansion into new areas, providing product and service information via phone and WhatsApp, and preparing weekly and monthly reports on visits, customer satisfaction surveys, market conditions, and competitor analysis. You will also handle collections to ensure all accounts receivable are paid and maintain updated customer databases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, market research, customer information gathering, and advertising distribution
• Search for and prospect new customers
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
• Achieve company sales targets
• Perform canvassing and expansion into new areas to acquire new customers
• Provide information via telephone and WhatsApp regarding company services and products
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports including visit/activity reports, customer satisfaction surveys, and market situation reports
• Handle collections and ensure all accounts receivable are paid
• Maintain and regularly update customer database
• Contact or visit customers to identify their needs

About you

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent attitude and problem-solving skills
• Independent, detail-oriented with strong analytical and calculation thinking
• Strong knowledge in Textile, General Trade, and Modern Trade
• Experience in textile field is preferred
