Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and globally minded Marketing Executive to join us as we build a new consumer lifestyle brand from the ground up. Our mission is to improve everyday home-living routines through thoughtful product design and engaging customer experiences. This role will support global brand building, content development, e-commerce growth, and future expansion into selected overseas markets. This is a hands-on role combining strategy and execution, designed for candidates who enjoy creating content, spotting trends, and experimenting with new ideas. You will work closely with the team and external partners to shape the brand's international voice, develop launch materials, build pre-launch demand, and support our long-term D2C growth journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop English-language marketing materials for landing pages, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, e-commerce, and crowdfunding campaigns
• Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels
• Develop content concepts for product demonstrations, lifestyle storytelling, UGC, creator collaborations, and digital campaigns
• Support crowdfunding and e-commerce launch activities, including pre-launch audience building, campaign content, creator outreach, launch communications, and post-launch customer engagement
• Research overseas consumer behaviour, market trends, competitors, relevant communities, and successful crowdfunding campaigns
• Identify, brief, and coordinate with micro-creators, UGC creators, KOLs, agencies, designers, media partners, suppliers, and other external partners
• Manage content calendars, campaign assets, website and e-commerce updates, ensuring customer-facing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Conduct basic A/B tests on content, messaging, landing pages, and advertising creatives; track results and recommend improvements
• Support localized marketing research and content preparation for future international expansion

About you

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, E-commerce, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, branding, social media, agency work, or consumer products is preferred
• Excellent written English and good spoken English, with the ability to write natural, engaging content for international consumer audiences
• Good Chinese communication skills; Cantonese is preferred
• International exposure—such as studying, living, working, or creating content for overseas markets—is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of social-media platforms, content trends, and creator / UGC marketing
• Ability to turn product features into clear, attractive, consumer-friendly messages
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar content-creation tools
• Strong project-management and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and external partners
• Proactive, creative, organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
