About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Yours Earning Group Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in developing and executing our marketing communications strategies to support the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
2. Creating engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials to promote our products and services
3. Monitoring and analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing strategies
6. Assisting with the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other marketing-related activities

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or a similar marketing role, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content management, and performance analytics
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
5. A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
6. A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
7. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
