We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive

Teenguu / Nofe is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and support the Brand Manager in driving brand campaigns, content, product launches, and marketing execution.

This role is suitable for someone who is interested in Marketing, Content, Brand, Fashion, Streetwear, Sneaker, or Lifestyle and wants to grow with a new-generation Thai fashion brand.

We are not looking for someone who only posts content or handles paperwork. We are looking for someone who can help turn marketing plans into real execution, coordinate well across teams, follow up fast, pay attention to details, and understand that great marketing should support both Brand Growth and Sales Performance.

JOB DETAILS

• Working style: On-site
• Office location: Chula Soi 5
• Working days: 5 days / week
• Working hours: 8 hours / day with 1-hour break
• Location: Block 28, Chula Soi 5, near MRT Sam Yan
• Salary: 25,000–35,000 THB

RESPONSIBILITIES 🧠

• Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing Marketing, Campaign, Content, Product Launch, and Brand Communication activities
• Assist in preparing Marketing Calendars, Campaign Timelines, and Launch Checklists
• Coordinate with Content, Graphic, Video, Art Director, Sales, Store, E-commerce, and other related teams
• Assist in preparing Campaign Briefs, Content Briefs, Product Information, Selling Points, and basic sales-support materials
• Track marketing progress and regularly update the Brand Manager on project status
• Coordinate KOLs, Influencers, Creators, and Seeding Campaigns according to the brand plan
• Collect and summarize basic performance data from Campaigns, Content, KOLs, Social Media, and related sales performance
• Gather feedback from customers, Sales team, Store team, and online channels to summarize key insights for the Marketing team
• Research competitors, market trends, social media trends, and Fashion / Streetwear / Sneaker / Lifestyle trends relevant to the brand
• Check the accuracy of product information, prices, promotions, captions, artwork, and marketing materials before publishing
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports such as Content Performance, Campaign Performance, Product Performance, and Competitor Updates
• Handle marketing-related documents such as quotations, budgets, invoices, payments, and file management
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, shipping details, and product images are correct across online channels
• Visit offline stores / selling points to check sales standards and brand presentation
• Perform other Marketing and Brand-related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS 🎯

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Content, Social Media, Campaign, or related fields
• Good brand sense and understanding that Marketing should connect with sales performance
• Understands social media platforms and algorithms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Detail-oriented, careful, and good at follow-up
• Able to coordinate well with multiple teams
• Able to write basic briefs, captions, and reports
• Highly responsible, fast-moving, and does not need constant follow-up
• Interest in Fashion / Streetwear / Sneaker / Lifestyle will be a strong advantage
