Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential clients for STP, ETP, WTP and O&M projects.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to understand client requirements.
• Prepare and share company profiles, proposals and quotations with clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations and project requirements.
• Visit client sites and attend meetings whenever required.
• Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Marketing, Sales, Engineering or Business Administration will be preferred.
• 5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing, preferably in water treatment, wastewater treatment, STP, ETP, WTP or related industries.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales/marketing may also apply.
