Marketing Executive

• Contribute to the development of monthly Social Media plan (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) based on relevant trends, monthly events, collaboration with public figure and other social media activities to increase engagement and followers
• Execute social media plan including footage collection (photo and video), simple same day editing using application, create collaboration content brief and generate copywriting
• Working closely with designer for editing and promotion and sales team for online activations
• Utilize social media tools to schedule posts and analyses the content performance
• Follow up social media activities that involve social media followers and external parties such as collaboration content, giveaway activity and responding to direct message / comments
• Taking the host role for social media or marketplace live streaming when required

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience all marketing processes (e.g., Marketing Plan, Social Media Plan, Activity Plan, Copywriting, SEO, etc.)
• Social Media Specialist with portfolio (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
• Able to generate high quality image and video using camera or phone camera and basic audio tools
• Social media management skills
• Able to use simple editing application such as Cap Cut and Canva
• Have knowledge in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads
• Creative and up to date with social media trends
• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Sports Science or Business Administration or any related field required.
• Fluent in spoken English, with strong listening, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• English CV required.
• Able to maintain good relationship with external parties
• Familiarity with content management systems, web page analytics, customer relationship management, and other relevant software.
• Self-driven and a team player. Demonstrate ability to work effectively with a team.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
