Marketing Executive

About the role

BeHeard Marketing is a Gen-Z-led creative marketing agency specialising in social media marketing and content creation for brands, with a strong focus on F&B. We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can take ownership of client accounts and manage the content process from strategy and ideation to production, posting and performance review.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned client accounts
• Understand clients' brand objectives, target audiences and marketing needs
• Develop monthly content strategies, content pillars and campaign ideas
• Brainstorm creative concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms
• Prepare scripts, storyboards and content calendars
• Coordinate and communicate directly with clients on content plans, shoots and approvals
• Plan and participate in content shoots
• Work closely with the production/editing team to ensure content quality and timely delivery
• Manage social media posting and content schedules
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related fields
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media trends
• Creative with a good sense of what makes engaging content
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Basic knowledge of content production and video editing is preferred
• Agency, social media or content marketing experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
