Marketing Executive

In light of our company's continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a talented individual to join with us. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and event channels.
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
• Create and refine bilingual (English/Chinese) marketing content for POSM, social media, and promotional materials.
• Oversee design, proofing, production, ordering, and inventory of posters, hang tags, shelf strips, brochures, and related items.
• Handle departmental files, reports, and data archiving.
• Support the department with additional assignments and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or export sales.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, data analytics, and MS Office.
• Self-initiative, positive, creative and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and project follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication across English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
