Marketing Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market visits to meet customers, dealers, contractors, and project teams.
• Promote and explain the company’s hardware and electrical products.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and quotation teams for customer requirements.
• Collect market information, including customer requirements, competitor activities, and product demand.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
• Submit daily field activity reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the billing, purchase, and stores teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments when required.

Monthly Target & Incentive:

• Monthly business targets will be assigned based on the role and market potential.
• Attractive performance incentives will be provided upon achieving the assigned monthly targets.
• Additional incentives may be provided based on sales performance and business generation.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
