Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business and sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate new business leads and support customer acquisition activities.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
• Support branding, product promotion, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute.
• 5-6 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development; freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of marketing concepts, market research, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
