Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote and market welding consumables, welding electrodes, wires, and related products.
• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, fabrication units, engineering companies, and industrial clients.
• Generate new business leads and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer feedback reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1–5 years of experience in industrial product marketing or sales.
• Experience in welding consumables, steel, engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
