Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility, sales growth, and brand presence across retail and pharmacy channels.
• Support and assist the Sales team in the execution of BTL activities and A&P requests.
• Develop promotional materials and POSMs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Manage POSM inventory and ensure timely distribution to retail outlets.
• Coordinate and monitor planogram compliance to ensure products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
• Liaise with suppliers for the printing and installation of in-store visual merchandising, and track related expenses.
• Assist in the execution of on-ground activations and events.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and retail activations, and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Have prior experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required for events, if any.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
