Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities and market trends.
• Identify and develop new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms and direct approaches.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders and business presentations.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations and business development activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain proper records of leads and sales activities.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and relevant industry developments.
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and other departments to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and followed up.
• Maintain updated records of clients, prospects, quotations and business development activities.
• Prepare periodic marketing/business development reports for management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.
• Experience in e-Perolehan and/or the security industry is an advantage.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
