Marketing Executive

• A Marketing Executive for an eye hospital is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase patient volume, enhance the hospital's brand, and improve overall visibility. They will also focus on building relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth.

• Experience in healthcare marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospital's goals, including brand awareness, patient acquisition, and relationship building.

• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute various marketing campaigns, such as digital marketing, print advertising, social media engagement, and promotional events.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and partnerships.

• Fieldwork & Research: Conduct regular fieldwork, market research, and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improve marketing effectiveness.

• **Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills:**Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and the general public.

• **Project Management:**Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
