Location: The Quantium School, Mokila, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute school marketing and promotional activities.
• Generate and follow up on admission enquiries and leads.
• Coordinate school events, campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
• Build relationships with parents, communities, and local organizations.
• Manage digital and social media marketing activities in coordination with the team.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in school marketing, education, sales, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing and outreach activities.
