Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Liquid Impule, Dry Powder for Injection, Liquid Vial Injection, and Lyophilized Injection products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and support product launches.
• Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, events, and medical conferences.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product literature.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing practices.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to visit clients and stay in the field for 4 days per week, with 2 days at the plant.
• Knowledge of the North India market to effectively cater to regional needs.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing.
• MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience

2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in Injectables

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
